Let's be clear: the President has not endorsed the YNY books. But the priority he gives to working out - despite the heaviest work-load on the planet­­ – is a powerful endorsement of just what the books and my talks are all about. Taking care of yourself – physically and otherwise – is as important as anything you do. President Franklin Roosevelt, for various reasons, could not do that and he died in office. Died young of stress and a lot of other things.

You owe it to yourself, your family and your colleagues not to "die in office." Or to operate at less than your designed-peak. That's our message. Not a bad one, either."
